Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Liz Grace Cosmetics for your semi-permanent makeup treatment. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your appointment to ensure the best experience possible.
Eligibility & Medical Conditions
Clients must be 18 years or older.
You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
Certain medical conditions may prevent treatment (e.g., diabetes, epilepsy, blood disorders, skin conditions, etc.).
If you're unsure, please consult your doctor and inform us before booking.
Upon booking you will be sent an email & text with mandatory consultation form that must be completed before attending your appointment, to ensure I can advise if we are able to proceed with treatment.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is deducted from the total price of your treatment.
Appointments are pencilled in upon booking and you will receive confirmation or a polite request to rearrange within 12 hours.
Final payment is due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit and will require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Patch Test
It is your responsibility to perform your at home patch test which will be posted to you upon booking.
A patch test is required to be completed 48 hours minimum prior to your appointment.
However please ensure you complete this as soon as you receive it in the post, to give enough time to see results (results can take 48 hours to show fully).
You will be asked to sign a proof of patch test form at the beginning of your appointment.
Failure to complete a patch test will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results will vary based on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle.
SPMU is a multi-step process and a top-up session is usually required 4–8 weeks after the initial treatment.
We cannot guarantee exact results, shape, or colour due to variables beyond our control.
Touch-Up Appointments
Perfecting appointments must be booked within the time frame advised.
Lip Blush - 6-8 weeks from initial appointment.
Bespoke Brows - 4-6 weeks from initial appointment.
If the perfecting appointment is delayed beyond the recommended window, it may be classed as a new treatment and charged accordingly.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and your deposit may be forfeited.
Precare
You will be given precare instructions to follow prior to your treatment (details included in your consultation form).
Failure to follow precare guidelines may affect your results and is not the responsibility of Liz Grace Cosmetics.
For lip blush specifically: If you have ever had a cold sore, please speak with your GP to obtain an anti-viral medication such as Aciclovir. It is advised to take the medication for a total of 5 days (2 days prior to treatment, the day of treatment and 2 days post-treatment).
Aftercare
You will be given aftercare instructions to follow (details included in your consultation form and you will be given a physical copy to take away after your appointment).
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect your results and is not the responsibility of Liz Grace Cosmetics.
Photos & Consent
Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and portfolio purposes.
These may be used on social media or marketing platforms with your written consent only (included in your consultation form).
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the treatment, no refunds are given for completed procedures or deposits.
We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences or individual healing outcomes.
